Ayuda a difundir Waterwise (de bajo consumo de agua)
Do you enjoy spending time outdoors with fellow gardeners and conservation enthusiasts? Join us for a fun, plant-filled few hours as we unload and distribute our Garden In A Box kits, helping to promote water savings across Colorado.
During Spring and Fall we welcome help from volunteers to help us put on our many Garden In A Box pickup events across Colorado. Our volunteers help these drive-thru events run smoothly – primarily by helping setup for the events, by checking in customers, or helping to load garden orders into cars. These are active, dynamic, social and fun events. No experience necessary – we train all volunteers.
Want to get involved? Great! Join our Volunteer Interest List and we will reach out in spring when we are actively recruiting and scheduling volunteers.

Got a group? We are also looking for a few organizations or groups to help support our Garden In A Box program in spring and late summer. If you know of a group or organization that might be interested, have them fill out this group volunteering interest form.

WHERE AND WHEN
We run Garden In A Box pickup events in May, June, August and September across Colorado! A detailed schedule will be posted in March and June.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We welcome volunteer help for the setup shifts and the event shifts of each pickup event. These are physically demanding shifts involving moving trays of plants, bending, squatting, lifting, walking and standing on pavement in all weather conditions. Each pickup event is divided into a setup shift and an event shift opportunity so there are a couple ways to get involved. Learn more in the details sections below.
