HOA Turf Conversion Consultation Program
Imagine beautiful, waterwise landscapes throughout your HOA community…we’ll help you get there!
Many homeowners’ associations (HOAs) wish they could stop sinking money into large, nonfunctional areas of bluegrass, but don’t know where to start on replacing turf with waterwise alternatives. Our pilot program will help you get started, and make the process easier for you through project completion.
We’ll provide assistance, resources, and support from project start to finish. Consultations include regular check-ins to help troubleshoot and keep the project moving forward, as well as an information packet full of resources to help with your project. The consultation pilot program is free to a limited number of HOAs, and successful participants will receive a $5,000 grant to put toward their project!
