Slow the Flow: Smart Controller and Rain Sensor Installations
Through a partnership with local water providers and municipalities, qualifying residents can get a smart controller or rain sensor at little to no cost! Applications for the 2026 season will open in March. Check below to see if your water provider or municipality partners with us on these services!

Upgrade to a smart controller and maintain your lawn from anywhere. Smart controllers connect to WiFi to gather weather data and adjust your watering schedule accordingly. Take the guesswork out of watering your yard!

Looking for a quick and easy way to reduce your outdoor water use? Get a rain sensor! A rain sensor detects when it is raining (or has recently rained) and will send a signal to your sprinkler control clock to not water. Once the sensor dries out, your sprinkler system will resume it’s usual watering schedule.

Had I realized how much water it would save us, I would have signed up sooner! Hindsight is 20/20, but now I know investing in efficiency should be a higher priority in the future.
