Description
Take a walk down memory lane with the Curbside Charm garden. Resource Central is celebrating the Garden In A Box program’s 20th anniversary in 2023 by reimagining the first garden ever offered in the program in 2003. The garden comes with thin planting maps intended to help plant the “hell strip” area, between the road and sidewalk. But, these vibrant plants are well suited for anywhere in your yard! They’ll do just as well lining your driveway or along the front of your house or walkway.
Hardy Yellow & Fire Spinner® Iceplants will blanket the space with bright, colorful blooms. Fuchsia Prairie Winecups will start the spring off with pops of color, making way for the Mixed Colors Coneflower in the summer, and leading into the long-lasting fall blooms of the Native Gayfeather. The garden covers 100 square feet and comes with 28 plants and 2 planting maps. Help us celebrate 20 years of water savings, beautiful blooms, and creating pollinator habitat with Curbside Charm.

- Each garden contains starter plants in 4-inch pots.
- The plants will be small relative to their mature size and may not be in bloom.
- Occasionally things don't grow as planned. At times, we may have to substitute specific plants but we will always do our best to maintain the color and feel of the original design.
