This year’s Conservation Heroes and Hope event will be a blast, with keynote speaker Captain Scott Kelly sharing his unique vantage point as an astronaut who has a special appreciation for the importance of conserving limited resources. A veteran of four space flights, Kelly commanded the International Space Station (ISS) on three expeditions and was a member of the yearlong mission to the ISS. In October 2015, he set the record for the total accumulated number of days spent in space, 340 days, the single longest space mission by an American astronaut.
Conservation Heroes and Hope supports the nonprofit organization Resource Central and our award-winning conservation programs. Tickets include delicious food, beer and wine, an exciting silent auction, and an inspiring program that will leave your heart full of hope!
In our silent auction, you can win fabulous stays at vacation homes in Costa Rica and Crested Butte and bid on items from our favorite local companies, including Journeys Aviation and Mile High Gliding, and much more.
