Your garden order is now available for self-service pickup at our Resource Central office in Boulder.

Pickup Details
📍 Resource Central – Boulder Office: 6400 Arapahoe Rd, Boulder, CO 80303
🕘 Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm

Please note, our office will be closed on September 7th for Labor Day. You will not be able to pick up your order on this day.

Please pick up your order within 4 days of your missed pickup. After 7 days without contact, unclaimed orders may be donated.

Pickup Instructions

🅿️   Park only in designated areas (see map below)

🚫   Do not drive up to the garden area or CHARM window

🛒   Grab a shopping cart before heading over to the garden storage area

☑️   1.  Find your ORDER PAPERWORK in the plastic bin

• • This paperwork is called your Plant & Care Guide
  • Find the folder for your pickup event – organized by location and date
  • Look for your LAST NAME on the top of the Plant & Care Guide

☑️  2. Locate your garden on the RACKS

• • Check your Plant & Care Guide to see what gardens your ordered
  • Look for your NAME on all flats of plants on the racks
  • Your order may contain several flats of plants
  • Your order flats should be grouped together

☑️  3. Double CHECK

• • Make sure you grab ALL flats with your name on them!
