Thanks to our partnership with several local water providers and municipalities, eligible customers can receive a Rachio Smart Controller with installation for FREE!

This application will help determine your eligibility for a Rachio through Resource Central's Slow the Flow program. We strongly recommend having access to your current sprinkler control clock while filling out this form.

Please note we have a limited number of Rachios and appointments available per water provider/municipality. We contact applicants in the order their applications are received and schedule appointments first-come, first-served.

***IMPORTANT: A sprinkler evaluation is a mandatory pre-requisite for a Rachio smart controller through this program. You can still complete this application if you haven't yet had a sprinkler evaluation, but we will not consider you for a Rachio until the evaluation is complete.

You must meet ALL qualifications in order to participate in this program. If you do not have a functional in-ground sprinkler system that is controlled by a sprinkler control clock, you do not qualify for a Rachio through this program.

Do you currently have a smart controller for your sprinkler system?*

Yes

A smart controller automatically adjusts your watering schedule based on weather data that it collects through Wi-Fi.

You must meet ALL qualifications in order to participate in this program. If you already have a smart controller for your sprinkler system, you do not qualify for a Rachio through this program.

What is the make of your current control clock?*

Examples- Rain Bird, Orbit, Hunter, Imperial, etc.

What is the model of your current control clock?*

Examples- ESP-TM2, Easy Dial, Pro-C, Valet Timer, etc.

Please note this is REQUIRED information. The wiring of some control clocks is non-compatible with the Rachio, so we need this information to know if your clock can be upgraded. Applications that note the make or model as something such as "unknown," "I don't know," or "N/A" will be considered incomplete and will not be added to our waitlist.

You must meet ALL qualifications in order to participate in this program. The Rachio operates a maximum of 16 irrigation zones. If you have more than 16 zones, the Rachio will not be able to operate all of your zones.

Do you have wireless internet (Wi-Fi) that works consistently at the location of your current control clock?*

Yes

The Rachio runs exclusively through Wi-Fi from an app on a smart device (such as a smart phone or tablet) or computer. Therefore, you must have a reliable Wi-Fi signal at the location of the control clock, and you must own a smart device or computer.

You must meet ALL qualifications in order to participate in this program. The Rachio requires a reliable Wi-Fi signal to operate, so if you do not have Wi-Fi or have Wi-Fi that is unreliable, the Rachio will not work.
