Removing sod lawn

Converting thirsty lawn into a low-water pollinator-friendly landscape can be exhausting and time consuming. Resource Central’s new Lawn Removal Service is here to help kickstart your next water smart landscape project by physically removing and composting a section of your lawn. We’ll help get you one step closer to planting the low maintenance Garden In A Box you’ve always dreamed of!

At this time, the Lawn Removal Service is available for $2 per square foot to residents who pay their water bill to Arvada, Aurora, Centennial WSD, Lafayette, Thornton, or Westminster. A limited number of 50% discounts ($500 maximum value) are available to qualified homeowners on a first-come, first-served basis thanks to our partnerships with local water utilities. Lawn removal projects must be at least 200 square feet to qualify.
