Q: “With COVID-19 are we still doing regularly scheduled drive-thru pickups?”
A: As of now, yes, but pickups will most certainly be modified in some capacity.
We are closely monitoring the CDC, WHO, and State of Colorado COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions. All staff are working from home and available from 8am-4pm M-F for customer service assistance. As we are all well aware by this point, the threat level and recommendations are changing rapidly. Since garden pickups themselves don’t begin for another 4 weeks we plan to update you again after April 30th when the current statewide shelter-in-place order is currently set to expire. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this unpredictable time together.
What we know today:
- Resource Central is committed to getting you your garden safely!
- Our local greenhouses and nurseries are still growing your plants with health precautions in place.
- We are currently planning to move forward with our low-contact, drive-thru pickups where customers remain safely in their cars and staff retrieve and load all gardens. We will be taking extra safety precautions and rest assured your health and safety are our utmost concern.
- We are busy preparing multiple contingency plans, if they become necessary, to ensure that you get your garden.
