Alison Peters

Alison Peters is the CEO of Entrellis, LLC, where she provides a human-centered design approach to help organizations increase the value they deliver to clients. She works with business, government, and nonprofit organizations. Her work includes strategic planning, program design, customer research, streamlining business processes, developing client tracking systems, leading team-based project planning, and facilitating workshops on human-centered design and lean systems.

She has also served as Managing Director of the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at CU-Boulder, where she managed Center operations, strategic planning and implementation. She developed and managed several new projects, including sustainable entrepreneurship programs, a campus-wide transportation research project and a student entrepreneurship incubator.

She has provided consulting services to clients on challenges ranging from environmental strategies to microenterprise development. Ms. Peters has also served as the Environmental Affairs Director for the City of Boulder, a personal and professional coach, and a congressional legislative assistant. She has a B.A. from Yale University and an M.A. in economics from Stan
