With over three decades of experience spanning various technical and leadership roles, Lynn’s career includes pivotal positions at IHS Markit, where she managed 20 acquisition integrations and developed enterprise-wide sales effectiveness programs, contributing to over $2 billion in annual revenue. Lynn is adept at fostering a positive company culture through leadership development, upskilling programs, and change management, which earned her the prestigious ATD BEST Award for her work at Pax8. A former certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and current OKR coach, she is passionate about continuous improvement and fostering environments where teams can thrive.
